PerMix continues its perfection of mayonnaise production by introducing our Powder Induction Mixers that are designed to draw ingredients, spices, and starches directly from containers and introduce them ninto the liquid by using a Venturi effect. The Venturi effect creates a natural syphon that allows powders of all types to be introduced into liquids as the liquids flow by the valve. Then, after introduction into the liquid, the mixer shears the powders using a rotor-stator, making for quick dissolving of the powders in the liquid. This creates a perfect emulsification of the powders into the
liquids.
